We are five brothers say A,B,C,D,E.My mother has made the payment as per agreement paper to purchase a house in delhi from IInd party.IInd party has appointed eldest brother A, attorney for the same and has all the rights to sale etc. Now mother is willing to give this property to B,C,D and E. I want to know if mother writes a "WILL' in favour of B,C.D and E.Will there be any problem in future.
