Property dispute

My Father have one younger brother, and my grand father given all his property to that younger brother without asking my father. All documentation done in the court. in this case can we file this case in court for our property. so that it will be divided in to 2 part for my father and uncle.

What are the steps we can take to make this equal divisions of my Grandfathers Property.
