My grandfather's brother had only one daughter (who got married 35 yrs back) and he did not live with his wife (without any legal divorce). He declared me as his son (as affidavit attested by a notary public) and my all educational certificate carries his name as father's name. He also deposited money as joint account with me in either or survivor mode. He died few months back. Now, his wife and daughter (who stayed away till his death) are claiming for all the property and money. What are the legal options before me?
