Property distribution

We are a fmaily of 6 brother & 1 sister. Due to bigger family all elders were requested to be departed from house & settle their own as due to space constraints. As a result in the last the youngest one is left. Now he is married. 3 years before one of our brotehr has come to same house & constrcuted his portion on roof by was of gift deed from father. Since hthe marriage of younger one , the partiition concept was brought in to fatheri's mind. As a result, he has sold the property to buiilder to demobish & construct a new house without even telling the elder sons and decided to give 1 complete floor ot yongest one & 1 floor to the one who has shifted 3 years before. there were in this by vrute of being youngest. Also advise that one floor which would be left can be sold & dividided in 5 equal parts which is totally unfair.

The sons who struggled their whole life to follow the father's instruction to depart form the base home due to space constraint are not getting any thing.

Please let un know what are the provisions in law for such case.

if the property is own property of your father , no one can ask/claim the rights.  If the property is an ancestral, all legal heirs will have equal rights on such property.
