Property - division

Sir,

My mother (who is no more, now!) had three properties in her name and had two children (a boy and a girl, each of whom are married and having 2 children each), she executed the deeds, when she was alive:

Property 1: Gifted to my children (my children were minors then).  -------------  GIRL

Property 2: Sold to my bother and he sold that property in turn.       -------------  BOY

Property 3: Gifted to my brother which he gifted to his wife. .           -------------  BOY

Can, I have any claim in the above hereditary properties which was executed in favor of my brother?

Can you also suggest me about how to proceed in acquiring the properties legally, which was executed in the favor of my brother?

Thankyou.

Your mother equvaly divided the her property. What is the problem for you.

Why you are expecting your brother property.

Any how, legally not possible.

First u said it is in mothers name, and lastly u are telling it is heriditary properties, kindly clarify, is it your mother acquired or self earned properties or it is ancestor properties, if it is your mother i accept Adv.Sumathy version,
