Clarification: Land belongs to my Grandfather; he is survived by my mother, aunt and uncle. Aunt and mom want to sell the land and realise the money. "Uncle does not allow the sale. Land is still in grandfathers name. What is the solution?

Aunt and Mom have 1/3rd share each in the land. The remaining 1/3rd rests with your uncle. You aunt and mom can sell their share in the land, and the buyer would have to file a suit for partition to get the possession. In the alternative, your mom and aunt can file a partition suit and once the land is partitioned, they can sell their share in it and hand over the possession to the buyer.
