I have a question related to consumer court. I booked a shop in a Mall and paid them 30L via cheques. Now, there is no work going on from last 1 year. Also, people are filing cases against the company. Please check the attached file for Newspaper clipping which is a proof that they are doing the same with others too.
Please guide me what should I do?
I wish to file a case to get my money back in Consumer Court but what if even if I win the case and they do not pay the money or doesn't show up in the court? What happens in that case then?
