Property Gift

My father and my grandmother joint together holds a property and my grandmother wish to gift to my father as a whole.My father has two elder brother and three sisters.I just want to know if any legal problems behind this. Thanks in Advance

How did they get that property?  through sale or gift?  If the property jointly purchased by your father and your grandmother may sale the property jointly.  Your grandmother's 1/2 share property shall divided among her children and your grandfather (if alive) equally.
