Property gifted & sold under status quo- help

Greetings of the day!

Please guide me in this case:

In 2005 my grandfather had four properties which were under legal proceedings in the court of law & a status quo was issued by the cour in respect of the properties, instead of this my grandfather & others sold and gifted the properties to others.

We have possesion of all the properties except one.

Now the person to whom GIFT WAS made is claming the possesion of his property, and has sued us in court,

And also to whom the sale of one property was made, has also sued us in a case. The property Registered Sale Deed was executed on 26-04-2005 and he now has sued us in 2012.

Please help!! Is there no law existing to give us relief.. even when we have proof all the properties were sold under Stus Quo

Will apprciate some help
