My father and his two elder brothers got separated in 2004, my father is younger one, My father and his 1st Elder brother stayed in same house by dividing it into two parts, and my father's 2nd elder brother went to new home and constructed in same village, Now the home where my father staying is on his 1st elder brother's name, how can we get that half house legally, as we have separate home number and we pay electricity bill every month and House tax separately every year and those bills are on my father name, Do they have rights to send us out of home?
Please help me on this.
