I am a co owner in the flat which we purchased during marriage and have also paid emi and money for buying the flat in joint with my husband though my husband has paid more emis than me.
Now since there have been problems and divorce petition filed along with 125 and 498 cases by me ,both me and my husband are not paying emis what will the bank do in such a case.
Is there a need to get it ordered by the court that the flat should be taken by the bank and sold?

Only those women who are not finding her own fault rather sees only fault on her hubby for harassing and have lust for money files such cases. If both of you are not paying to bank and it continuously then the bank will make an auction and ultimately sold it.
