sir, we have registered plot at hyderabad in my father's name.now my fathern mother both expired n we all (2 sisters n 2 brothers) four want to sell the plot (property) n take the share equally. now the reason is till date EC is on my father's name. but some people (political) r objecting to sell or to construct in that plot. what shall we do.
In which way we can proceed pl help

stating these facts u can seek police protection frm the high court move the civil court for ur knowledge ec is not a titile deed it does not create title

now we received 3c notice from national hiway , in that development plan we r loosing our hospital building ,,,,,,,,,,, is there is any chance to challange in cort for ideal compensation ,or how much of award i get under NHact 1956 for 6500sq feet building
