Hi,
My father in law is no more. He had two wives, one died after which he got married to another person who is stll alive. From the first wife, who is no more, he got two kids, one boy and one girl. From second wife, who is still alive, he got one daugher. He has a house in his name which we are not sure who inherits it as he did not make any will for the same when he was alive.
I want to know, as per Indian Law, who will own it.. will it be his surviving wife or his only son/ daughters or will be get distributed equally among all of them.
