Hello Pratitioners,
I have a general question to all of you. Please help with replies and suggestions.
My grand father has one son and five daughters. He had one house where he lived for his entire life.
While he was still alive my grand father had the house ownership transferred under my father's name. Can my aunties(my father's sisters) claim any share in that house as per the muslim inheritence law. If yes, how it can be avoided?
