Property issue

My father was ex- army person. He had 4 acres of d-patta land and he purchased 6 acres.He was expired 11 years back.I and my sister distributed 3 acres each 10 years back.4 acres d-patta land is changed to my mother. Is my sister have any right in this 4 acres d-patta land also? Please, guide me in a right way with out any legal and also any other issues.

After Ur father's death all three inherited it with1/3rd share each.as that Ur mother is entitled for 1/3share.she has right to dispose it as per her wishes. No one has right over it.ur sister cannot claim it if u have made registered partition deed.if u have not partitioned it Ur sister may claim 1/3share in it.

As the patta was changed in your mother's name, it has become exclusive property of your mother and she can deal with property as she likes. Contact local advocate for more precise guidance with all such documents.
