This is dispute over my parents properties.
Details
1. We are four sibilings with two sons and two daughters.
2. Last brother was adopted and inherited the property from his adopted family.
3. My father has recently expired and the all the documents were with my elder brother.
4. My mother health condition isn't well . she isn't in a condition to divide a share. All properties are registered in her name.
Issues
1. All the documents are with my elder brother and he is not willing divide it until we sisters give him no objection certificate for possesion of two houses.
2. Younger brother (who got adopted) claims the houses and lands to get registered in his name without giving share to both sisters and brother.
Questions-Please advise
1. Will my younger brother who got adopted too can get a share ?
2. We sisters has a right to claim my mothers property? If so, do we need to approach court in case my mother intestate?
3. What happens if we dont provide noc to our both brothers for the lands and houses, still they can claim the property without daughter's concern?
