Property law

A POA was purpotedly executed in 1994. It was signed by Donor and Donee and the parties were identified by an advocate who has put his signature to the document. The same advocate was the purchaser of the Stamp paper. As per Bombay Stamp Act prevailing at 1994, the instrument was duly stamped, if the executor or executors is the person in whose name such stamp paper is purchased. The stamp paper was purchased in the name of the advocate who identified the parties. My question is - Is the advocate identifying the parties an Executor to the document?
