In power of attorney the schedule of property goes wrong.It is registered in Registrar office. I want to have fresh POA.Is it necessary to cancel the previous Registered POA? Would you please reply with your help

1. TILL previous POA is duly revoked for the same objective, by following due procedures of law, the new POA shall remain legally infructuous.

thank you sir agreed, actually it was nri power which for adjudicated in Coimbatore. the schedule had land but it didn't mention on property built on it in schedule but the same was given in same power as 'my house situated in plot no1' in generic place.

since we thought it would be better if the building and its area are included in schedule then it would be better.

the poa is give by same principle to his father once again in the new poa with small addition to include with building in schedule.both power agent are same and for same.property.

What is the purpose of PoA ? PoA can not transfer title (ownership) of the property.

Why to replace existing PoA ?

Whether granter of PoA is willing to execute another PoA ?

poa is given to the owners father by the nri owner to execute the sale and deed of his property in Chennai.

reason to replace is the add building also into the schedule along with land. land is already there in the existing poa

the granter has given the new poa with building also updated yesterday to his father again. it is due for adjudication. property is same and poa agent is also same (owner father)

the key reason for building addition is as he being NRI he should have to pay 22.88%tax .inorder to show the capital gain and file exemption.he may require building there to workout the cost and reduce the cost he pay to income tax.
