No ,I dont think so this can be justifying if she does so .A mother due to old age mentally may not be fit to decide this .such are many cases where only son does not get anything even if he does all for nearly 23 years still for the shake of humanitarian base he goes on sending remittance through draft .so please justify atleast by giving the share that he has fulfilled by sending remittance all this years.
