hi, i purchased a plot in april2011 but i could not be able to get mutation done as it was also not mutated by the seller. the seller registered the plot in my name on behalf of the the registered docs he was having and as per that document he purchased the plot from Mr. Virendra Sharma who was having right to sell the plot as the land was SAKARMNIYA BHOOMI to him. I want to know what does it mean and how i can get my plot mutated and the approx. expenses involved. The plot area is 93 sq.mt and the circle rate is 4600/- per sq.mt.
