my father has a shop running on pagdi system for more than 30 year, there are in total 3shops in the same plot.
recently the landlord asked to increase the rent and hence the rent was increased but today i received a summon from court asking to present ourselves to the court.
the landlord himself is retired from a govt job , he has 2 sons , one is a doctor who has settled abroad with her wife the other son has a shop in his name , also he has a godown and a shop in the same building which is disputed, also the plot is a three side plot and is commercial from all the side .
what can i do now?
how can i make my case strong?
and what are the chances of my case?
