Property on spouse name

I am government servant and having 2 properties. First one where parent is staying at native place and another one I am staying in job city. I am not gaining anything from these two properties. If I plan third one on spouse name as investment purpose, will this OK as per CCS condust rule.

Yeah!~ you can keep your third property on your spouse name in conformity with CCS rules.

CCS(Conduct) Rules do not prevent the Government servant from purchasing property. It is only that the competent authority be informed of such acquisition in the prescribed proforma and also that prior permission is obtained if the trasaction is made with a person having official dealings with the public servant.
