I registered a POA two months ago in Chennai in my favour, given by my brother and sister for a property in my native place in Tiruturaipoondi. Even after two months, when I approached the Dy Registrar Office, they say that the document isn't ready, as they haven't received a No Objection Certificate from the Tiruturaipoondi SRO.
Isn't there any cut off date by which the DRO in Chennai has to deliver the documents.
What is the recourse available to me.
