My father was purchase a property at 1983 but he registered on grand fathers name and my grandfather was have 3 sons or 2 daughters, my grandfather was expire on 1989.
Before the death of my grandfather other 2 sons buy own property & daughters was married and my father stay on same property with my grandfather.
Presently 2 sons & 1 daughter is no more or one son is missing from last 10 years. & we have property possession from 1989.
Now my query Is?
1, His families have right on property?
2, If yes, what will be my family share?
3, We re-constructed property last year, will we get that amount?
