Hi,
I wish to buy row house and I have serched the property its situated in Lohegaon, Pune but it is not approved by PMRD. The property is situated in Grampanchayat area. They have started to buid the construction with Grampanchayat approval only. Is there any risk to buy such property. Could you please anyone guide me.

Check with local advocate, he will charge some fess but will save you from future mess.
