mother purchased a property in sons name, when he was a minor and have not put sisters name? now the sister and son is married does the sister get any right in the property purchased by mother when the son was minor or is she not entitled to have any rights in the said property. are there any laws which gives sister right in the mothers property which was purchased in sons name when he was a minor.

1) The source of funds at the time of purchase of property is unknown.
2) If it is established that the funds are out of your mothers earnings or self acquired, your sister does not get the right.
