Hi
I have purchased a property under GPA in december 2011 in Najafgarh area of New Delhi.
Now recently I have seen the supreme court orders that all the GPA post october 2011 are null and void and fresh registeration to be followed.
I did not understand whether the person from whom I have purchased the land has to get it registered and then sell it to us again or we can register by showing the documents.
I am now confused as to how to deal with this matter.
Could anyone please help me in guiding how can I get my land registered. i.e. procedure to be followed.
