my husband & his brother brought flat. Me,my hubby & my brother in law (getting married in 6 months) are members who stay here.My hubby and his brother are paying 50-50% of total home loan EMI.Me & my hubby are having plans of moving out of India & staying in other country for abt 5-10 yrs.This current property is in my hubbies & his brother`s name jointly & They both will be paying the emi for the same, partly 50-50% share of emi ,as they have been doing till date , even if me and my hubby moves out of India.Can there be any legal issues in future on the ownership of this property in future.
1>Is there any paperwork that we need to do before we move out of india in order to safeguard ourselves against any legal future complications which can deprive us of from the ownership of this property ?
2>are there any other expenses we need to pay for this property alongwith the home loan emi so that we dont loose ownership when we are not staying in this property (i.e. when we are abroad)?
3> are there any legal complications or points that we are ignoring here which can arise during our stay abroad?
