for which 1st Co owner make one patta and one agreement for same property
and
other 2nd Co owner make an agreement (after above 2 patta and agreement)
the property situated in different khasra no as mentioned in patta and agreement by 1st Co owner he will mention nearby khasra no's but don't mention the khasra no where the plot actually located
but second Co owner who is also having more share than agreemented plot in the property make agreement with proper khasra no.
both make proper bapamish
the actual location not having enough land to complete both share of property
so out of 2 whome of the Co owner having better title to sale the property and whose agreement and patta will be cancelled
