Property registry

Sir, in 2017 my mother gift register her property half into my name, and in 2019 she let me re register some part of the property into her name now my mother name is include in my property along with my name, the registry was done in some condition and by mother request that she wants to apply for Pmkay housing loan and I have to register her in my property , unknowingly without giving me any knowledge the registry was done and I did sign it too, now the question is that how can I remove my mother name from the registry as it was like, my mother and my sister deceived me that it was only a process of loan and that registry won't be an effect the rights of me in the property. What will be the consequences may arrive after my mother dead to my property

Most of the transactions within the family depend on trust.  Contact a local advocate and discuss with him to safeguard your share in the property.  The property is really owned by her and it appears that she has gifted you half the property, and to avail of PMKAY subsidy and loan some documents were brought into existence to defeat your interest in the gifted property.
