I bought a land in ambala city. and i gave token money (byana0 (2 lakh rupees) to the owner. but owner does not have leasehold (intakal) that property. because that property is transfered by his mom (blood relation deed) and now registery is closed due to government reason. right of records (jamabandi) is running this time. now what can i do ??
