Property related

There are two partners in property .my mother and mama but suspect mama has secretly sold property to reduce the overall benefit of the property ..the property has a clause stating one can't sell without other partner signature what can be done to find out and solve the issue ,what are our legal remedies available

If your mama has sold the property without your mother's consent she can very well file a suit to cancel the sale of property, which is contradictory to the conditions of the agreement

You have stated that "....the property has a clause stating one can't sell without other partner signature...." what is the document containing such a condition ?

How does your mother and mama became "partner" in the property ?

Whether the property is self-acquired or devolved in succession ?

The facts posted are prima facie unbelievable and fabricated.
