Dear all,

My name is imteyaz alam kindly help us my grandfather has sold his ancesteral property to my uncle on paper and he transfered that property to my aunt as denmeher so my father benig eldest son is deprived of his share.Can we go to curt and challenge it.

Yes, If it's ancestral property your father right in this property so he can file a suit for that.
