Property right

Sir/Madam,

Kindly give some solution to the given problem.  It is as follows.

--> The Property Deed is in the name of My GRAND MOTHER (She expired on 1983).

-- > My Grandfather renounced his life 18 years back (1996) and became a Monk (Madathipathi) in a Monastery.

---> My Father made a Sale Agreement ( of Rs.1 Lakh) with the Third Party on 2011 without my Knowledge.

75000/- had been received by my Father. Remaining amount is not received by him, in time.

Third Party filed a Case against my Father, in the Court.

My Father didn't appear for the given summons.

Finally, The Court delivered the Property to the Third Party, through Deed.

---> On one fine Morning; V.O. Ameenaa; Sub Inspectors; Vedio Photographer came and deleivered the

Property to the Third Party, by Court's Order on January 2015.

I and My mother were on the Street, that day.

*****

Shall I have the right over the Property, still?

In the mentioned Dispute, My Grandfather; My Father; My Father's sister played a TRICK, indirectly.

My mother and me became Victims.

*******

The Lawyer involved in the Case is Most Senior.

We approched some Advocates.  They made delay in filing the Case.

We are not able to get remedy even from the Advocates, in time.

----------------------------------------------------------

I expect experts' advice.

Thank you.

as per my understanding since the grandmother had died intestate her property would have devolved equally over her husband and children.so your father would get a share out of the intestate property as he is a legal heir and he can sell his share alone after sffecting a family settlement or by any other means

you or your mother cant claim any right over the sold property as it is his self aquired property and not ancestral as it had devolved on him from his maternal side

if at all he had sold other legal heirs share without them relinguishing their right over the property then they can file case on your father
