Property rights

Dear Sirs,

we are two adult children to my parents. ( son and daughter). I have been married for 17 yrs  and my family lives w ith my parents .  Now my father wants to pattion his prperty between me and my sister.. and he wants to give the major share along with the existing house to my sister. He would give me only a small portion of the vacant land.

pls advise if there is any remedy so that both of us ( me and my sister)get equal share. The house was built by my father,, though i had also  contributed  enogh of my earning to build and maintain this house... but there is no proof.

pls advise

if its your father self earned property, then he may do whatever he feels right.
