Married to professional working women, had Daughter minor staying with Father , wife residing in house purchased in both husband and wife name, wife paying emi and residing there. husband is staying in rented house. Due to cruelty and dessertion husband staying seperately. Does the wife have the rights to ask for her father in law property.
Her Father in law has 2 daughters and 1 son who is me
what best can be done to save my property and my father property as wife is more inclined towards property rather than human values.
