Let X be a grandmother, who purchased a property  p1 with her funds. x have 2 sons and 2 daughters, x husband died. If x died intestate without writing any will, the property is develoved on her  4 children in equal shares. My question is if any grand children of x becomes major, the major grand children can claim any right over x property while the grandchildren, his/her parent alive.
