Thanks for ur quick reply, we dont know what their intention, one of her relative telling after one month they are planning to send. I am in dilema whether we have to start  to file RCR or not.if we file RCR, is any other counter cases file against to us,if so what type of cases. Please advise.

Now chill down relax and have a Beer or a strong peg of whiskey or Rum and enjoy the evening . Your wife has no right on your parents property . you dont have any property on your name . All she will do is maybe file a false case of DV and maybe a false case of 498 A that is haressment for Dowry and than you have to seek anticipatory bail . So dont worry and be happy and once these cases are filed contest them and these cases take 5-7 years to concude where in your wifes hair would turn grey and by than wrinkles would start appearing on her face and rather than you worrying she would be worrying and she would have the haggered look and people would start gossiping as to what went wrong with her .

Please let me know when we can apply for Anticipatory Bail ? I have some email proofs and messages and voice recordings, based on that Can we apply for Anticipatory Bail, if not when can we apply for anticipatory bail?. Can we apply for anticipatory Bail directly or we have to apply through lawyer ? Please advise. and if I file RCR,is that good to me, because we dont know what their intention and thoughts.  Please advise how to proceed, am distrubing alot in work and am not concentrating on anything, and my parents also. Before marrige I struggled alot and was thinking after marriage my life would be good but now my life totally collapsed and am having tension and scaring life. I dont know how to come out from this marriage life and dont know how many problems I have to face. 

Nobody is gonna eat u up dear.....dont worry.....maybe u might have to go to Police Stations 2-3 times or some court hearings...U have good chance of anticipatory bail..but don't think so much...that stage will come later when FIR is filed.....Do whatever u want..but make one thing sure in ur mind that U wont live or compromise.....dont bargain away rest 60 years of ur life for some temporary 2-3 months inconvenience.....
