Property sale

My uncle is mentally retarded and he have 50 cent of land as a gift deed from my grandpa. What are the legal form to sell his property for his medical needs?

You have to be first appointed as the guardian of your uncle by approaching the court and thereafter you can sell the property with the permission of the court

You have to be appointed as guardian and you have to show the court the neccessity ohf selling the land to take permission from the court. 9738167933
