Dear Sir,
My mother is having 2 acres agricultural land ,which was transferred to my mother name after my father death in 2000. I have 2 brothers and 4 sisters and all are married. Now, my mother want to sell the property.
Is it required to get the permission from all my brothers and sisters?If we sell the property without their knoweledge, is there any complications legally in future?
