Property sale issues

Hi,

I have a query, My father has a house which was challenged in the court between my father and his elder brother based on our grandfather's will.  Finally judgment was given favour to my father.

Now my father and have passsed away. My grand mother is inclueded in the legal heir certificte apart from me and my mother. In this scenario

1. what are the things i should do to sell this property.?

2. If i wait long enough, may be my grand mother passes away, after that would i be able to sell?(still other  son's of her are still alive)

Thanks

Siva.

Having acquired the property through the will of your grandpa, it becomes your father's self acquired property.  If your father had not left any will the property falls open for succession by his heirs.  If you want to sell the property you have to obtain permission from all his heirs and share the proceeds with them.

after ur grandmother ur uncle will inherit his share if there is no will. if she is not signing for u now definately in will also shewill not do the will in ur favour .better convince her for sign now only.
