One of my client wish to sell property at Chennai. A person forged signature, photo, fake witness RDO enquiry states. FIR was filed and arrested the person, he was in prison for 60 days and now on bail. There is an encumbrance in EC. Is it is possible to sell the property? - ngoconsult@sify.com
