I have 50% share(joint) in three properties. Balance 50% is held by my brother jointly. Myself and my brother want to transfer our 50% to our another brother(who has no title to the property) and make it whole for him. Similarly my brother want to change his 50% to me to make it whole for me. How to settle this with least expense

the query is not clear. how the property is devolved between you and your brother? by way of sale, gift or what? your brother want to give you and another brother. do you wish to give half share to another brother in your share?
