Property shared in 1982 by great grandfather

Hi ,

Need your advice please.

My Great Grandfather shared his properties (Houses + Agriculture Land) between My Father,My Uncle and My Grandfather in 1982.

My uncle got highest share from that properties. And He past away in 2001 and his son own all his land . He sold one of these land.

My Grandfather(grand parents) living my father since 1982. Now they wanted to deliver all their properties to my father.

Q1. Could they do that for all Property ( if Mitakdhara Hindu family laws apply) ? 

Q2. If not ,then how much share my farther will got ?
