This property has been bought by my parents around 25 years ago. That property has been registered two times before that. But at the time of purchase for my parents, they couldnt register it due to some complications raised that this land cannot be registered even though it is registered two times before.
Currently for my younger sister marriage, I would like to sell this property. But before that Can I try for registeration again. Also there are no disputes on this property. Even the president of that place support us. We have developed this land with well and small garden with watchman one-bedroom house in one corner.
Kindly guide us on this please and let us know the way to register this land by building flats and reselling or is there any other way to get out of this complication on this land.
How to get sale deeds and NOC certificates for the same. Please Please help us.
