I would like to know the step by step process to transfer my father's house to me, he has registered his will and indicated that I am the legal heir for this property, will has been registered in Bangalore, karnataka, India. Can u kindly guide me on this

You file an application before the concerned CTS authorities to enter your name along with the xerox copy of the will.
