Dear Members,
I have a house situated in Delhi in my name. I want to transfer the title of the house in the name of my mother.I want to make her legal owner of the house with going thru registery mode.I do not want to pay registery charges .
Is it possible thru a gift deed ? Or is there any other way out.Please help me with your precious advices.

kindly check with your local advocate for stamp duty to be paid on gift deed for registry.
