Hello,
Mr. and Mrs. Kumar has 3 daughters, all married. Mr.Kumar received the property (land) from his parents. Later he transferred/registered the property to his wife before he got expired. Now Mrs.Kumar (Widow) is taken care by 1 daughter, other 2 doesn't take care of her.
If Mrs.Kumar (widow) wants to transfer the property to only 1 daughter, can the other 2 daugthers claim for share? Are they eligible to get a share?
