Dear sir,
I have purchased a plot in city agra at the time of purchase plot i have not seen high tension line going from upp side of plot after registry i have found this major problem so i have talked to builder he assured me to change my plot near to me after next two plot i want to know what is legal way to acquiring property and sold my property by exchanging

1. IF it is a very recent purchase via a Registered Sale Deed, THEN execute a "Rectification Deed" and incorporate the new plot no., thus replacing the old plot no. of the same size. Mention proper details in the "Rectification Deed".

Hello,

You can ask builder to execute and register exchange deed or you have to register new sale deed of another plot.
