Property vacation under rental agreement

I have given my commercial property for doing food court business.  Tenant is not giving rent since last 1 year, not even responding to my calls, not vacating the property. 

Because of not responding to my calls, messaged him about my concern. But no use. 

What should I do to get my rent and vacate him from property. How long it takes to complete the process.

Issue legal notice to tenant and demand due and outstanding rent and ask to vacate the rented premises.If notice not complied with then file eviction suit on ground of default in making payments of rent.

Contact a local advocate on this issue which is most important:  What should I do to get my rent and vacate him from property. How long it takes to complete the process.

If he is sincere, he will explain you the difficulties involved in getting a property vacated and its duration to get a solution from the court.

Non-payment of rent is a sufficient cause for seeking eviction.

Non-payment of rent or wish to start a self business,

Which is best reason to file for eviction order.

You have to seek eviction on both grounds 

( 1 ) default in making payments of rent.

( 2 ) Personal bonafide necessity.

Personal Bonafide Necessity will take 2 to 7 years depending on the talent of your hired advocate.
